At Ediscount dealz llc, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services for every home and business we serve. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent refund policy.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning service, please notify us within 24–48 hours of the appointment. We will gladly return to re-clean the specific areas at no additional cost.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be offered only under the following conditions:

  • A re-clean was requested within the allowed time frame but still did not meet reasonable quality standards.

  • The service was canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy (see Section 5).

  • Our team was unable to complete the service due to an internal issue caused by us.

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Areas not included in your booked service package

  • Spaces inaccessible or unsafe for our cleaners

  • Conditions not disclosed during booking (e.g., severe clutter, hazardous materials)

  • Customer dissatisfaction based on preferences not communicated during or before service

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Same-day or last-minute bookings

  • Add-on services once completed

  • Deep cleaning or move-in/move-out cleaning after service delivery

  • Gift cards or promotional services

4. Payment Disputes

Any dispute regarding charges must be submitted within 7 days of service completion. After this period, payments are considered final.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Cancellations under 24 hours: A cancellation fee of $25 will be applied.

  • No-shows: Clients who fail to provide access to the property at the scheduled time will be charged up to 100% of the service cost.

6. Access & Safety Requirements

Refunds will not be issued if our team is unable to perform the service due to:

  • Locked or inaccessible property

  • Aggressive pets

  • Unsafe or hazardous conditions

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or re-clean, please contact us with the following:

  • Full name

  • Service date

  • Address of service

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • Description of the issue
